We take your childs security very seriously. We have invested in the latest technology to ensure that we offer the best and safest environment for our children.
At the Little Red Day Nursery we have over 16 CCTV cameras monitoring our rooms and external areas. Our cameras have the facilities to take still digital pictures of excellent quality, these can also be monitored from 4 separate locations within the nursery. All recordings can be saved.
BIOMETRICS
What is biometrics?
Biometrics is the science of measuring a persons unique physical and behavioural characteristics. The most common biometric technology is fingerprint identification.
For enhanced security we also have a full biometric system (fingerprint scanning) on our external and internal doors.
Security – Only people who are enrolled in the system can gain access to the building.
Zoning – People can only access the area/readers where they have been given access rights.
Time Saving – Our team at the Little Red Day Nursery can spend more time with the children, as we don’t need to leave them while we go to answer the door.
Parents convenience – Our parents are not left standing outside (in the cold or rain) while they wait for a member of staff to open the door.
Record of events – Our system keeps a full record of the date, time and who went where within the building.
